Dorlisa Ann is the founder of Elite Leaders, LLC. Dori, as we know her, has been a business entrepreneur since 1977. Owning and operating Dance Studios as well as mentoring Dance Studio owners and helping thousands of students grow to achieve success and leadership is indicative of her desire to provide inspiration to others. She has devoted her life to assisting people in achieving their dreams and in growing to leadership positions. Her forty + years of experience is comprised of serving on local Chambers of Commerce boards and coaching business owners to gain confidence with resources to build a positive culture of success, advising the Miss America Organization at the local and state level, producing and directing various entertainments, celebrations, and seminars, and providing guidance for students pursuing entertainment careers. Dori is Certified with the John Maxwell Team as a Speaker, Coach, and Mentor and is active in the Global Youth Initiative. She is also Certified for DISC Behavioral Analysis in the Maxwell Method as well as Parenting and Family coaching. Dorlisa has spent a lifetime preparing for coaching. She is a certified Brain Health Coach with the Amen Clinics.
Meredith Powell is a business owner whose passion is to help other entrepreneurs develop their leadership skills that will help enhance their business. Meredith believes that leaders are here to serve not to be served and that the best leaders make love a top priority. In order to make a difference in the world you must be different than the world! Meredith Powell has owned her dance studio for 15 years. She has grown from 75 students to now over 900. She has a staff of 20 plus. Meredith is a member of the National Dance Educators Organization and IDEA (International Dance Entrepreneurs Association). She has also been recently certified to teach Progressing Ballet and she is beyond excited to be a Certified Rhythms Works Integrated Instructor. 1Peter 4:10 (NIV) states, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” Meredith is humbled by God’s call on her life to share His love, all for His glory and the furtherance of His Kingdom.
Speaker, podcaster and author of The Ten Commandments of #SuccessWithoutApology, Rachael uses her experience in business ownership, basketball officiating, b2b media, and philanthropy to train and mentor driven individuals seeking their own version of success.
Rachael leads the Blue Zones Project of Pottawatomie County, a well-being initiative, and holds a job for the NBA as a Courtside Administrator. She has crossed the country officiating Division I Women’s basketball and mentors aspiring NBA and NCAA officials. Her experience building leaders, leading high level negotiations and working with people of all ages and backgrounds gives her a unique consultative perspective for companies and individuals.
Rachael served as one of twelve mentors for the George W. Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Fellowship and led a woman through the development and growth of her project to improve the lives of students and women in the country of Tunisia. She also serves on municipal and philanthropic boards and as an online host for Life.Church.
